Macbeth, II, i, 33-39

Is this a dagger which I see before me,
The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee:
I have thee not, and yet I see thee still.
Art thou not, fatal vision, sensible
To feeling as to sight? or art thou but
A dagger of the mind, a false creation,
Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain?

Hi, I'm Romeo. Macbeth is hallucinating. He sees a blade that he wants to pierce Duncan with. Fortunately, for the Scottish Duncan, it isn't real... eerie, God! He needs to remove blood from his detested regal enemy in a fatal gash to his heart. Fight, hero! Go get the evil bastard! (Fee to peep).
